The two guys who came to our house were okay at best. Had to call Tompkins to make sure they took the windows back out and replaced all of our rotten wood. They did a very quick and sloppy job especially with the silicone 🤷🤦👍🏻😅

I had someone come out to take measurements to give me an estimate but I never heard back from them.
My experience with Tompkins has been poor thus far. I was promised an 8 week time period and so far we are approaching 12 weeks. I have had to reach out to the company asking for an update rather than the company reaching out to me to inform me of any delays with my order. That aspect of customer service is important and key to customer satisfaction, maintaining customer brand reputation, and customer retention.
