Very poor customer service. Will only send a text message about upcoming service, Which is fine. However I failed to respond one time and they assumed I did not want service anymore. When After 4 phone calls and a voicemail left over a month, I have finally got a call back. When I asked why they just stopped my service she stated it was because I did not reply to her text message.
