I have worked in tomoka most of my life with Thomas Nemeth Irrigation INC. and there are alot of good ppl out there. The sales office is at the north gate and they can help you with any questions you may have. T hey have a very nice club house with a good sized swimming pool. I would recommend anyone who is 55+ and would like to relax in peace to give tomoka a look around about 400 hundred house half maintained ans the other is non maintained. 5 out of 5
