Don't let them work on your watch. He lost parts of my watch and I just picked it up after about 13 or 14 months of excuses. Story kept changing about why it wasn't fixed. Cost me over $200 to replace the parts they lost. Took it to a competent watch repair shop and they had it fixed in about 2 weeks. Never again will I go to Tommy's.
