Salon is SO CLEAN!!! I had a reoccurring membership and I totally forgot to cancel. I didn’t come for months and the main office credited me back more than half of my missed time! I tried this at my gym a few years ago and they told me I was SOL, wouldn’t credit me back anything and slapped me with a late fee because my most recent billing didn’t go through. Great customer service and awesome cleanliness at Tommys!

This review has been a long time coming. I came here on Tuesday, May 7 at approximately 7:10 PM. The girl who worked tonight has such a horrible nasty attitude, Every time I come in here. The first few times she did it I thought maybe she was having a bad day but it’s like she is always nasty. When I walked in today and every other time I’ve walked in when she works, there is never a “hi how are you”. it’s always in a rude tone, and just asking “date of birth?” Zero personality or customer service skills.
