Melissa was so sweet and so informative! She was so patient and took her time explaining everything to me while -being so so sweet! I Definitely will be coming back! Ty Melissa! .
Salon is SO CLEAN!!! I had a reoccurring membership and I totally forgot to cancel. I didn’t come for months and the main office credited me back more than half of my missed time! I tried this at my gym a few years ago and they told me I was SOL, wouldn’t credit me back anything and slapped me with a late fee because my most recent billing didn’t go through. Great customer service and awesome cleanliness at Tommys!
Very clean facility,very friendly staff.
Rude employee. Bulbs not working. This location is nowhere near as good the Branford location
