I’m not sure how they are with repairs but, I had a run in with an employee this past Saturday at a gas station. He was screaming at me and very vulgar. This was very unprofessional since he was in a work truck. This person who calls himself a man, screamed at a woman in a public place with multiple witnesses. All which saw I did NOTHING to provoke this. If these are the types of people they hire, I would strongly suggest going elsewhere. We were going to take them our business but will no longer be going there.
We have an old craftsman snow blower and last year it broke down. We took it to Tommy's and he repaired it quickly and at a reasonable rate. We just had our first snow storm in 2021 and we took it out. This machine works better than the day we bought it. We're sold on Tommy's timeliness and expertise.
I asked for them to do a tune-up on my generator. According to them they did the tune-up. However, they did other repairs to my generator without contacting me. According to them they replaced the carburetor, cleaned out the gas tank, replaced a valve, and did a load test. I asked only for a tune-up not all the items they did without consulting me. The bill should have been $75 but cost the Coalition for Feral Cats of Lehigh Valley more than $223. I have no idea if they did any of that. They should have contacted me and I... read more
Great service, courteous and picks up and delivers when he says he will. Highly recommend.
Highly recommend, did not have to wait weeks for service on my mower. Tommy pointed out I had the wrong belt for the cutting blades, and also showed me where to find all part numbers on my mower. Great experience
