Dear Tom - just read this story at my desk in Rostock GERMANY. I've never been to Cleveland Heights or Tommy's but I was so touched by the story. Thank you for the reminder that simple kindnesses can change the world for the better. It would be great to read such stories everyday, because this are the really reasons to be on our planet earth. I have never been here but this place deserves all stars possible for customers service after sending a milkshake all the way to Washington DC! My family owns restaurants and we know how hard is to fulfill our customers wishes and Tommy just nailed it! I can't wait till I get the chance to try one of those! ���
