worst experience ever Went to tommys tonight to pick up pizza for the lsu game. Was ready when I got there. Upon looking at the pizzas. I discovered that one of the pizzas was wrong. We ordered a large Luna pizza with black olives and mushrooms with extra cheese. They gave me a pizza with no meat. (Luna pizza- all meat). So I had to sit while they remade it. wow Tommys has been in business for 40 years in Hammond. i ate their when i was a kid all the time. they have 2 one down town one on demarco. Deferent owners , what gets me is people that have gotten great service for years have one bad experience and trash the place. So they had a bad night, so they now want to destroy a business, and don??t think about the owners? Their kids, the 15 or so employees (some with children) that need their jobs?all because your pizza was not perfect. I really hate stupid people who don??t think... read more
Tommy's Pizza has HORRIBLE service - they don't care. Went there on a Monday night - waited 10 minutes to get seated, 10 minutes to place our order, and 40 minutes for food! We were told one item was ready and would we like that one now? The waitress thought that maybe the manicotta had been dropped and they had to start over. ???? Will NEVER go there again. I should have known - out of 10 or so visits, I have had good service one time! Food is great but you better have a lot of time to sit around waiting.
