The food is terrible. – I've been there a few times, I tried to give the place another chance. The first time the pizza was greasy, the second time I wanted my grinder to be cold, I got it hot. I couldn't even eat it. Never again.
Poor service. – Can't count how many times I've ordered from this place. Pizza is fine. However, they treated me (as a customer), badly. Made a mistake with an order and delivered cold food. They didn't even consider re-heating. Wouldn't be so bad if the order wasn't for an out of town family member. Absolutely no reason for it. Thanks jerks!
Tasty goodness – They were a little slow on the phone service I was put on hold and had to call back. busy place. However, once the pizza arrived it was Hot, Fresh, and lip smacking good.
Editorial Review by Christy Buena – Pizza eatery serves a selection of pies and offers fast and friendly service while offering affordable prices.
Simply the BEST – I lived in Providence for 17 years - and for 17 years we ordered Tommy's Pizza every Friday night. I now live in Johnston - we still order from Tommy's. I have nothing negative to say about them - they are AWESOME. My parents were going there when they were just dating - back in the late 50's early 60's.
THE BEST PIZZA I'VE HAD IN YEARS. IT LEAVES CASSERTAS IN THE DUST. – I am so glad a friend took me in to try a out to try a lunch at Tommys Pizza, something that before that is against my daily Casserta diet. After trying a taste of GOOD pizza i'm never going back to clumpy old Casserta. At Tommys they have a nice sauce the pepperoni is never burnt and the cheese just melts in your mouth over a light and fluffy crust cooked just right. I highly recommend a good lunch at Tommys before Cassertas ANYTIME!!
Best Pizza in town!!!! – Tommy's is an icon!! They have the best pizza and great subs and are reasonably priced. You have to try their meatball grinder -YUM.. They can get very busy so call ahead of time. It will be worth the wait
Good Pizza, Bad Service – I live on Smith Street and most of the time the pizza delivery get's to us cold. There was a few times when it was hot but not often. I had 1 ocurance when my food was not what I ordered and called them and was told it was on them. Then a cranky old man came knocking on my door asking for the money and told me nothing was for FREE.
Great Pizza, Great Price – The pizza here is fantastic. This place is definately old-school and the pizza has that old school flavor.. and that's a good thing. I have rarely gotten a "bad" pizza from this place. This is really a Providence pizzalovers gem. And a large is reasonable. usually around $11.00
