I have been buying pizza from Tommy's for close to 50 years and I have never been disappointed. for a great pizza, give them a try...
does anyone want a cold pzza I received a cold pizza after a long hard days of work I called the manager in providence who was not accommodating and I then called the owner in cranston who had an attitude and did not seem to understand the customers problem. The pizza is not what it used to be I have been going there for 30 years since I moved in this area its time to find a more customer friendly pizza parlor. The eggplants parmesan does not live up to Italian standards .
The food is terrible. – I've been there a few times, I tried to give the place another chance. The first time the pizza was greasy, the second time I wanted my grinder to be cold, I got it hot. I couldn't even eat it. Never again.
We ordered 2 large pizzas from Cranston store, 1 pepperoni and 1 spinach and black olive for delivery. When we opened the boxes, the spinach and black olive had no tomato sauce and had about an inch of spinach and another inch of cheese on top of the spinach. I called to complain that this was not what I ordered. The girl who answered the phone stated that this was a special pizza that did not come with sauce. Family The food is GREAT. Everybody their are great just like family. Tommy is one of the great guys you will ever meet. The girls and "Justin" will tend to your every needs. You will come back time and time again.
Poor service. – Can't count how many times I've ordered from this place. Pizza is fine. However, they treated me (as a customer), badly. Made a mistake with an order and delivered cold food. They didn't even consider re-heating. Wouldn't be so bad if the order wasn't for an out of town family member. Absolutely no reason for it. Thanks jerks!
Tommy's Pizza in Cranston, RI Tommy's Pizza is awesome! Ever since I was little I have ordered their pizza because it's the best around!! Nancy, a waitress at Tommy's in Cranston is an excellent waitress and you should ask for her when you decide to eat inside!
