So last year I asked the dealer about the fluid on my deck and the tech stated "When you got gas they must have spilled some diesel fuel on the back". I stated NO WAY. I got gas no one was back there holding a hose. Charged service call. No repair no warranty work. The problem showed up 3 X over the next 2-3 years. Called Tommy's Marine. Sent a picture to him and immediately he stated, "Your Seastar hydraulic system is leaking from the seals". No show. Pulled a Houdini and disappeared into thin air. Appointment set never showed up.
They found my electrical short and fixed the problem quickly. Would definitely use again!
Came a day later than was scheduled. Did the "repair" and the next day when we went to take the boat out it wouldn't start. So we had to take it back out of the water. Called Tommy and when he finally got back to us, said he would see us the following week. But he never showed up and all we've heard from him since are excuses. Money down the drain.
