I’ve been coming to this shop for nearly a year, and while the service itself is solid, the customer experience leaves a lot to be desired—mainly because of the owner, Tommy. He’s consistently unfriendly and unwelcoming. He doesn’t greet or acknowledge customers, often just staring as if you’re a bother rather than a paying customer. It’s uncomfortable and off-putting. This place is hands down one of the worst spots I’ve ever gone to for a haircut. Every single cut I got here over the years was rushed, uneven, and careless. There was no attention to detail, no consistency, and definitely no pride in their work.
