RecommendedHad issues with our windows and Bobby came out and gave us some solutions. They were very helpful!
We had windows replaced after Hurricane Michael and have issues with moisture building up where the top and bottom sashes meet. I have been trying for 8 months to get someone out to look at the issue. I left several messages and only had one returned and left 4 additional messages after the initial returned call. Still no response! Terrible customer service. My kids windows have mildew in the seals. I will not do business with Tommy's Glass again.
Tommy’s Glass installed glass shower doors in my two bathrooms. They did a great job. Their staff did a wonderful job with installation. So glad I went with glass doors. It made a big difference in both bathrooms. Love!!!
Don't ask them to fix a problem with the work that they performed, they'll just get upset and tell you to fuck off and hang up on you. You would expect when you pay for a windshield and the rain is leaking in, that they would just fix their mistake instead of getting irate when a customer is dissatisfied. This has been an extremely unprofessional and frustrating experience and I regret that I ever gave tommys glass a penny of my money and a minute of my time. Tommy's Glass is awesome. they got to us right after the hurricane. they are prompt, efficient and very polite. window replacement was very affordable.
