They don't offer free cleaning towels or free cleaning products like most of the other car washes. Do I probably won't be keeping my membership. And only for that reason. Don't ever go to rocket car, wash. They will not pay for damage to your vehicle.

I strongly recommend others to think twice and read through other one star reviews before visiting this establishment. It seems like there is a constant issue of damage happening to vehicles with no change in how the business handles these claims. One worker who I believe mentioned he was the manager (dark reddish hair, skinny, and tattoos) even stated that he was responsible for damage to a vehicle because he “wasn’t paying attention” which made sense because he seemed uninterested and unenthusiastic about his job. Good wash, staff was helpful the vacuums could use some improvement. I had to do multiple pass overs just to pick up simple debris.
