Staff super friendly but the car wash itself sucks. Brushes miss the car and my windshield wasn't even clean. If it wasn't for the friendly staff this would be 1 star.
Poor car wash design. Usually, car washes have sensors to determine force or impact with the vehicle in order to determine if the washing brushes are making contact with the vehicle. Not Tommy's Express. I've had hundreds of washes throughout the years to know how they work, where deficiencies exist, etc. After the wash and returning home, we noticed that the rear on the vehicle barely saw any impact with the washing brushes (essentially unwashed), as it clearly had dirt on the rear hatch of our compact SUV.
