Had a great experience at Tommy’s Car Wash! Lesly, the manager, was very nice and handled an inconvenience quickly and professionally. She was polite, understanding, and a great problem solver. Excellent customer service! Thank you Lesly.
Since my first visit, I continue to come back to this car wash due to the customer service. They have free vacuums, clean, microfiber towels, to wipe down, free rags and compressed air. Zoey even greeted me with a window cleaning kit and helped me navigate the app. She’s great! Highly recommended. The only downside is I never give myself enough time to use all of the amenities.
