I have a nice Volvo and really like the convenience of Tommy's. Initially, it took the rear wiper blade off however they were very pleasant and after reviewing the video, promptly replaced it. However, once the sun came out, I noticed multiple fine (and not so fine) scratches. From other reviews, the likelihood of getting that fixed is zero so I just canceled my membership.
