Had a wash pass with them. Wash worked half the time. Some days track was sped up. Tire shine brushes never worked on our plan and we had the most expensive one. Damage to vehicle contacted site manager and to no avail. He didn’t seem to care. Since we have cancelled our wash plan and went back to the one that was local and in our town to begin with. Wouldn’t recommend. Lots of promises that never follow thru.
Can't say enough good things about Tommy's! Different wash packages, free vacuums and free floor mat washing! (this includes non members also) Staff is always ready to help and friendly! You can wash your car more than once per day if you need to unlike other places that offer "unlimited" car washes where you're really only allowed to wash once a day.
Edited review! The owner reached out and in fact followed up days later to resolve the issue. I have signed up on the app and am now able to use his car wash. He is also going to take this issue as a learning lesson for his employees on what to do if this same problem arises in the future. Because my MI plate is the same as someone's plate in Iowa I couldn't pay or sign up for a car wash. Even though its a totally different state!!
Soooooo much better than wash n go, and its not even CLOSE!
