I used to have 3 vehicles on a subscription for Tommy’s. Recently the car wash has been super intense and has ripped my back windshield wipers off twice. I had to go to a collision shop to get it repaired. (Apparently this is such an issue they keep parts on hand at Tommy’s). When I got to the repair shop another woman was there getting hers repaired. They do a good job. 3 stars because they don't take cash
Used the weak first time yesterday. Needless to say I was unimpressed. Tommy’s has a great initial presentation from road that’s all it has. Functionality is awful. Car behind almost rear ended us. No car wash attendant just pull in. Take life and your car in your own hands. Was was mediocre at best. The vacs barely worked. No matter washer. They charge for cleaning wipes. Go to the Tidal Wave wash in Petoskey way better.
My husband got hit at this car wash and the manager refused to do an incident report or even get info exchanged. Do NOT GO HERE! Corp claims they are locally owned but the manager claims they are corporate. No help after almost 3 days. Car damaged from improper loading.
