I will keep tommy's a five star because of the car wash. But since my review, the employees have changed to where they don't speak and when people are pulling into the wash, they need to direct for the car behind not to come in so close that you can't see the other cars headlights.

On July 13th 2025 I went to the car wash and a few hours later I tried to use my back windshield wiper it was completely ripped off on July the 14th 2025 I went to the car wash to let them know what they did the lady said "oh this must be yours" and handed me back pieces from my vehicle filled out a complaint and on July 15th 2025 I got an email stating that they see it was their fault but would not allow me to professionally get my car fixed they wanted to send a part from a off-brand place that they wanted to get it from m... read more
