I used this car wash for a few months before I switched jobs, and it’s a great spot. Always clean and well taken care of. Anytime I needed help, I was able to call and actually get someone on the phone, which I appreciated. Also, Adrian deserves a raise. He’s a great guy and clearly works really hard. You don’t see that everywhere anymore. Thanks for all the help, I’ll definitely recommend this place.

After being a loyal member who regularly got two cars washed here since they opened, we chose to park and vacuum before pulling into the car wash. While in the middle of vacuuming, I was approached by an employee who demanded that we stop vacuuming and go through the wash first I asked if I could finish what I was doing first and was told no. I am writing to formally complain about a distressing experience I had at your Bloomington location today. While I was vacuuming and wiping down my car’s interior—intending to proceed to the wash line immediately afterward—an employee interrupted me to ask if I had a membership. Although I explained that I was a former member and planned to pay for a wash momentarily, the employee informed me that I had to pay first to use the vacuums.
