Always leave satisfied. The cashier was polite and the employees working in the vacuum area were on 10 toes keeping it clean. Pretty impressive in Florida heat.
Customer service is great! Line was long, love bugs, iykyn. Had an employee walk the line to apologize for the wait and handed out micro fiber clothes for cleaning windows. Makayla at the window was a gem! Greeted me with a big smile, shared the offers, and kept her cool during the rush of customers. I'll be back!
Yesterday, my partner and I took my car to your Tommy's location. I never thought of a car wash as being a warm and welcoming place to be, but your employee Bruce went above and beyond. * He helped me wash the inside mats, as well as the big trunk one. * He pointed out that a table I inquired about was for customers to help themselves to coffee. * Any question I had, he answered with a smile. It's this kind of employee that attracts and retains customers.
Awesome!!! Super easy process. We pay a monthly charge and we can literally go as much or anytime we want and run the truck through the wash. Quick, fast and easy and I never have to get out if I don't want to
