Natalia was so sweet and helpful signing me up as a member. My car came out clean and mostly dry. On my second visit after signing up I got out to towel dry my car and found some of the red foam things stuck in my headlight with the paint around it chipped. A team member happened to be right there and got the manager and he immediately filled out a claim. They were just as surprised as I was that it happened.
