I have been happy with Tommy's up until the last 6 months or so. I have the monthly unlimited plan, but will be switching to Charlie's at the end of this month. Every time I have gotten my car washed in the last 6 months, something wasn't working (usually a spinning brush for the car) or it looks like they used dirty water to clean it... It looks like I will be hand washing the windows & mirrors today. I will not be using them anymore.
Stop using those rotating chamois brushes at the end of the blow drying area. They leave a film on the outside mirrors and side windows and smear it on those surfaces.
