I’ve been a member of Tommy’s for several years and have visited all the local Tampa Bay locations, as well as many out-of-state ones. During my last visit to the Pinellas Park location, I realized while waiting to enter that my truck had new tags. I backed up and pulled to the side to update my information in the app. An employee noticed and quickly understood the situation. This place rocks! Weston the manager is stellar with customer service and keeps a really clean and tidy environment. The rest of the staff is just as helpful and all had excellent attitudes my entire time there. Will be recommending to all family and friends!
Please avoid this carwash at all cost. I bought a brand new car 2025 went through this wash and it scratched my whole car up after they said it wasn't there fault I went through wash again and it created more scratches just to show them it was their wash will be contacting my lawyer. For damages
