Not a good experience paid 18 dollars and there was stuff all over my window..not worth it
These people charge you $5 for a detail kit. A rag, glass cleaner and cleaning wipes. Every other car wash I've visited offered those things for free. They're not even less expensive!!! There's not even a trash container where the cleaning ports are to empty your trash. Seriously? Never again
Ricardo was my first impression at Tommy’s express , he was outside by the vacuums & made my experience 10x better. You can tell he really loves what he does, and that means a lot to witness.
My mom went by and her bumper was already hit in the past. I don’t know if the pressure was too much or what since I wasn’t there but a part of it fell off and my mom doesnt speak English but she still tried to explain and the manager which was a tall skinny guy with a beard (as she described)told her to wait for them to check the cameras and that in the mean time she could get 6 months free of car wash, days later my mom goes by and they don’t know her or the 6 months free so I called up and explained and he said he wrote h... read more
