They’ve mastered this. Cloud10 is more flashy. But, it’s a stressful and cluttered experience when all the cars from the pay stations bottleneck into a single lane for the wash bay and fall wildly out of order. Tommy’s is nowhere near as convenient for me to get to but the experience is seamless. The wash result is spectacular. Even the WHEELS came out beautifully clean.
