I just had one of the best experiences at The Brandon Florida location for Tommy's Express today with one of their managers, Aideen, who was extremely pleasant and very personable while addressing my needs! My car had spots on it from a sprinkler System And it was difficult for me to get off on my own But I did run it through Tommy's Express and my car came out extremely clean and I am ever so grateful that it exists In our neighborhood because it was convenient and inexpensive! I tried Tommys for first time, purchased the works and was not happy with services provided after wash, vacuum was not strong, no air spray or cloths to wipe vehicle after. They do have a kit for an extra $5 no thanks, I will only be going there again because I have unlimited wash for 30 days.
