Their vacuum system machine is 1 of the worst 😑 I've ever used, well tried to use anyway. 1st time I've been there & pulled up to them & at first I pushed the button to turn the vacuum hose on, it comes on but it learly has no suction at all so I put it back & the adapter that goes into the hose part just falls right off. Wth!? Customer service agent, Kenton was so courteous, friendly, and helpful! "Thank you, Kenton! Keep up the good work!" Tommy's Express Car Wash was a fun experience! Great job cleaning my car and the free molded mats cleaners & vacuums are nice, too! It's appears that Tommy's Express Car Wash cares about it's customers! Because other staff also asked how I was doing and if I needed any help.
While sitting at the car wash vacuuming my car an employee comes out with a can of WD-40, on a windy day, and decides to lube the vacuum pole behind the car. Not a great decision on a windy day on a freshly washed car.
This car wash is overpriced bullshit. I paid $22 for an Ultimate wash and it was the most expensive and WORST car wash I have ever gotten. My car is still covered in bugs and dirt. $22 for a car wash in today's economy is robbery. And for me to pay that price and still have about 100 bugs left on my hood is despicable. You should be ashamed of yourself, Tommy.
