Breaks down very often and they do not offer any discounts or compensation for not being able to use the monthly subscription. They told me to come back when there’s a manager, which is apparently only in the morning.
Ok, lets talk Tommys Express. I visit nearly every wash in the metro detroit area. Jax, whitewater, grand prix, clean express, matick, Mr. Cs, small independent ones- you name it, i've been there. I'm somewhat of a carwash connoisseur. I come back to tommys for the ease of use. Just pull in, reads your plate, don't have to talk to anybody or tip anybody. But lets get into the bad. Would not recommend. Got a $20 wash and my car is still dirty with water spots all over it. Asked for a towel and was told they dont have any. Not very helpful.
