🚨 Worst car wash experience ever 🚨 If I could give this place negative stars, I would. First visit = last visit. While going through the wash, my rearview mirror cover flew off, bounced on my roof, hit the ground, and ended up broken and scratched. I immediately reported it to the cashier (Fernando), who promised the manager would call me Monday (this happened Sunday, Aug 3rd). Guess what? No call. No follow-up. No accountability. So not only did they damage my car, but their customer service is just as broken as my mirror... read more
