🚨 Worst car wash experience ever 🚨 If I could give this place negative stars, I would. First visit = last visit. While going through the wash, my rearview mirror cover flew off, bounced on my roof, hit the ground, and ended up broken and scratched. I immediately reported it to the cashier (Fernando), who promised the manager would call me Monday (this happened Sunday, Aug 3rd). Guess what? No call. No follow-up. No accountability. Great service and clean property
Luciano provided great service. We love the free vacuum and the grounds are very clean, easy to navigate and the staff are helpful.
Arrived here, the young lady at the cash register was on the phone. There was a young man at the entrance of the car wash. He guided me in with excellence. Once in it took all of 3 minutes. It was not a good job. Once out several of the vacuums did not work. To add insult to injury you are given a 5 minute time limit in each stall. These pictures were taken immediately after coming out of the car wash. This place does not have people working to assist you or if you need help. I will not return.
