Tommy's Always has very friendly staff. I do love the mat cleaner... great wash. however, their competitors offer complimentary window spray and interior spray and rags. No extra charge. That is the only thing holding me back from doing monthly membership.
Pretty disappointing. I came to this car wash when they first opened years ago and loved it so much I got the monthly membership. I moved about two years ago, but was in the area today, so figured I’d stop by for a quick wash. Their prices have gone WAY up, the detailing kit that was previously included with the cost of a wash is no longer included and an extra charge, they are out of towels to dry off excess water, & their mat cleaning equipment is out of order. 1. I love this car wash because it consistently leaves my car looking spotless, inside and out, with that fresh, just-detailed feel. 2. The staff is always friendly and efficient, making the whole experience quick and stress-free. 3.
