LEVELS better than the rebranded zoo near the target. In every way
Tried this car wash for the first time today. Once I pulled up to the window to pay, the lady asked if I had been here before to which I said no. Her words and I quote “once you get to the belt just put it neutral” I told her great. I then said I wanted the basic wash. She never once confirmed the price and I never got a receipt. Then I did exactly what she told me to do and once I got to the belt I slowed and put it in neutral. I am disappointed in this place. An employee sold me a membership and she mentioned that it was good for 90 days. Since I am moving now, I no longer need the membership. However, I found out that the membership deal was only good for 30 days, so instead of paying $14.99 as advertised, I have been apparently paying more. I understand trying to make a sale, but deceiving a customer to make some extra money is unethical. You have lost my service. 0/10
