I have been going to this Tommy's for a while as it is local to me. I purchased a 2026 vehicle so it is literally brand new! I took it through the wash and found some scratches on my front & rear windshields. My claim was denied through them for "not having enough evidence". I take great care of my vehicles and I would know if there were scratches on it when I purchased it. Good place for a wash. Molded mat wash leaves a little bit to be desired
I’d like to give a shoutout to the gentleman who helped me a few weeks ago. My honey was in GA for work and I wanted to detail his car for him, put air in his tires & gas up his truck, so he’d come back to a fresh, clean car in the midst of winter. The gentleman at the window was kind, gave me tips and helped me with supplies. Little acts of kindness make the world go round. Thank you, awesome human!
