Westland location is much better and they did not want to come out to guide me in. I also noticed this wash at this location does not wash your vehicle nowhere near as good.

This car wash damaged my vehicle and then refused to take responsibility. While my car was in the wash, the cover on the back of my side mirror was snapped off. I reported it immediately, and instead of addressing the issue, staff claimed it was “pre-existing damage” and denied my claim. The mirror cover was not damaged prior to entering the wash.
