I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. I took my Porsche through this car wash, and the wash tore the stock rear spoiler off my vehicle. After reporting the damage, I expected the company to take responsibility and work with me on the repairs. Instead, they denied responsibility and refused to pay for the damage.
No damage to my car or any problems, but the wash just wasn't very good. After getting the "best" wash the car still has a bunch of dead bugs on the bumper.
After mentioning employees taking up spaces for customers to uses vacuums, and a previous message from management saying they'd take care of it, im changing my rating from a 2 star to a 1 star.. Theres 3 employee vehicles parked in the lot today. Thats 25% of spaces taken by staff.. Park on side street next door. I'll be letting the 100s of Uber drivers im connected to know to avoid Tommy's.
