I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel others should be aware of my experience. While going through Tommy’s Car Wash, the equipment was aggressive enough that the driver-side mirror glass was blown out of my brand-new vehicle. After we pulled around to retrieve it, an employee took us into the tunnel, apologized, and told us they had experienced issues with the equipment that week.
