Needed my car washed and they got the job done
So maybe for this area this is a good car wash… I just moved here and it’s overpriced for what you get. They only have one vacuum size so you can’t get into the crevices of your vehicle. They charge 5.00 for a cleaning kit for your car. There is no where to wash your rubber mats. The suction of the vacuum is horrible. You have to press a button constantly to keep the vacuum going, which is annoying. All the things I mentioned above come free with all the other car washes I’ve been to, for the same price. Tommy's Car Wash in Ephrata ripped off the bumper from my Dodge Charger and they tried to deny liability. Despite asking for their video footage - which would show an undamaged car going in and a destroyed car bumper coming out - they refused. Brian met with me to try to talk through it, but it is clear that it's Tommy's policy to never accept liability for their car wash's damages.
