So we are visiting from Canada. Found his car wash on Google. Talk about American hospitality. These guys are five star all the way from the friendly and professional service to the car wash itself. You guys are the best. Keep up the good work.
This was actually only the second car wash that I’ve ever got and they made the experience super easy. The staff who was at the drive thru window at around 9 pm on July 17 was helpful and kind when I visited the first time. I was passing through while moving things across the country and they were super patient with explaining how the membership works (since it was my first time at this franchise) and the different states they’re located in. Worst most expensive car wash known to man. Had the elite membership for a month and my car never was properly cleaned. You have to pay for rags! Just go to club wash 100000x better
I'm sitting at 50/50 on the washes... sometimes it cleaned pretty well and others left dirt everywhere. My main complaint is the automatic payments. If I sign up for one month I should only get one month and not worrying about cancelation before the next month kicks in. I have the app and have canceled successfully in the past but on my last transaction I wasn't able to cancel for some reason but I could pause or deactivate...i chose pause and said it wouldn't charge my card until I unpaused.
