While I was using the vacuum, the owner contacted me and introduced himself, thanking us for using his car wash. He took the time to explain the ins and outs of the business, and talk about the service. As a business owner, good customer service is something we take seriously, and from the owner, to his awesome staff, and the extra care for quality, this place really excels We have been using this location to wash our fleet for about three months now and it has been the best car wash experience ever.
Tommy's express is a wonderful car wash. Not only is the wash superior but their employees go above and beyond. Adam, an employee at Tommy's express, was kind enough to help me wash my mats!
Exceptional customer service from Adam! There is customer service, and then there is customer experience—and Adam at Tommy’s Express Car Wash in Burley delivered the latter in a big way! Adam went above and beyond to help me with towels and washing my floor mats. He took the time to personally teach me how to use the mat-cleaning machine, positioned my mats in the sun so they would dry quickly, and repeatedly came back to check on us and collect our used towels.
