I love Tony's! They have clean towels to dry your car off with. They even have a floormat cleaning machine that I loved
Keep your clients (ex client) happy. Treat them well. Your business barely seems to be surviving, your staff needs to be more friendly, accommodating, supportive and easy going. Got my membership today. Cancelled it today. There are many car washes in the area, this one needs to improve in how they treat their clients. I had an excellent experience at Tommy’s Car Wash! The facility is always clean, efficient, and well-run, but what really stood out was the manager Shiv & his employee Jaden are incredibly friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. It’s rare to find customer service like that these days. You can tell he truly care about both their customers and their team. Highly recommend this location!
