I needed assistance as the gate didn't open for me using the App. An associate promptly came out and fixed the app error. True customer service! THANKS TOMMY'S !!
Originally I gave a 5 star review; however, the quality of the car wash has gone down tremendously since we purchased our monthly membership. We currently have a membership for all three of our cars. We go through the wash at least three times a week, sometimes more. The tire shine at the end of the wash is always broken. I can't believe they allow people pull up and pay $20 for a wash when they aren't even getting the entire wash they are paying for. Been a member since the wash opened back in 2020. Employees always have a smile on their faces and make sure we are taken care of. Cobe, the manager of this wash is amazing and truly cares about his employees and us monthly members!!
After being a member for approximately one year, on September 30, 2025 I took my cyber truck to get a wash. The rotating brush grabed my windshield wiper and tore it off. The car wash manager said was not covered because the blade moved during the operation. Keep in mind there is no way to retract or hide my wiper from exposure to their rotating brushes but they insisted their contract with me doesn’t cover such things. Fairness is not one of their virtues. I strongly suggest anyone to avoid using their services.
