Very bad and rude people they hire little boys they treat people really bad and rude I was on the car wash today and that was like around 5:30 and I have membership me and my husband and the car wash was working so I enter and when I entered I hit the brakes so Conveyor belt was suddenly stopped and the boy get out to me and he was talking to me very rude and he said to me you should hit the brakes I said I did sir twice and on the third time he keeps telling me you should hit the brakes and I answered I did and he answered ... read more
I liked Tommy Express but over time I am starting to like them less. I pay monthly for the Works package and for the last few months when I go thru it gives me the wrong wash. It mostly happens at the Franklin Rd location and a few times in Smyrna but at least the few times in Smyrna they fixed it but yesterday on Franklin Rd I went thru and it gave me Super wash and I drove around and spoke to the attendant and explained and he had me go back thru only to give me the Super wash again.
