I'm so glad I read the reviews on here, I was looking for a local car wash and just decided all the way against this one for this review right here: This place is terrible. DO NOT GO HERE. this car wash will cause significant damage to your car. It will scratch your car big time, and I went thru the other day and came out without a spoiler, they claimed it happened in the air room... the 1st question they asked was how old my car was and that's bc if your car is 10, they don't have to cover damage although they have no sign ... read more
Typically the people there are nice… Unfortunately, my vehicle never gets fully clean. The wheels are always half cleaned in the backside of my SUV is always half cleaned as well. One time I came through and the conveyor stopped the truck in front of me and my truck rammed into the back of theirs and it dented in the front into my truck and they said there was nothing they could do about it. That was extremely disappointing. I contacted corporate and no one responded.
