Paid for the monthly car wash but everytime we went they were closed. I asked about being reimbursed the kid working was so rude. He let know it's not his fault and that I could have went to 28th street or Jenison. I said that way out of the way for me he said oh well...
Been washing almost exclusively here since the location opened. Things seem to have gone downhill slightly in the last year or so. Broken equipment, monitors, missing or broken blow dryers, etc. The shine is wearing off and I hope corporate management takes notice to keep their reputation up. I am fairly certain this car wash broke my side mirror cover about two weeks ago. I had called right after it happened and was told by the gerneral manager that he would review the cameras and give me a call back within 3-4 days. A week went by and I had not heard anything so I called again to which I was told the manager would call me back that day. It has been another week and I still have not heard back.
