Employees still do the bare minimum at this location The car wash doesn't fully work you won't get what you paid for Good luck getting your money back. Doesn't matter how polite you are employees will still cop an attitude.
Bad customer service and management. The management here treated my partner poorly when she had an issue recently with a wash during a visit to Grand Rapids. We were considering getting monthly memberships for our two personal cars and business vehicle at the Ludington location when they open up, but Tommy’s will never see another dollar of ours.
