Don’t go here if you like your floor mats to come out of the mat washer in one piece. I was told they would replace this mat, and have not heard from them since. They said I would hear from a claims dept within 3 days, that was nearly 2 weeks ago. Multiple attempts to call and email them unanswered, attempts from corporate included. I have never had an issue washing my mats at any other Tommy’s location. It was the machine at fault per the employee who had to remove my mat from the mat washer. 0/10 - would NOT recommend this... read more
The attendant was very helpful. He changed my payment source quickly. He also gave me bags to protect the rear windshield wiper on the Volvo.

Jacob greeted me at the cashier window, he was very friendly and even said hello to my puppy and asked if he wanted a T.r.e.a.t Love this car wash!
