Just waited in line to pay for 10 minutes without it moving. When someone pulled into the app lane, they went through. So it wasn't a question of the wash being too full. I finally turned around and left. I won't be back to this location.
Do not recommend - not safe. Many of those little things that grab and move your car are broken, which can cause issues. And it did - a vehicle rolled back into ours. We let them know, showed them the minor damage, and they stated they'd call us back... While we were talking to them, they were trying to say that the other vehicle driver must have put it in reverse (I clearly could see that the reverse lights never came on), and they pulled up camera footage and confirmed it. The wash is ok for washing off dirt but it really don't clean your vehicle for the price of $25.00 The WORKS isn't really as advertised
