Great Customer Service
We opened an account at Tommy’s express car wash, and we received the first month free. We got express wash #1 unlimited washes. We ran our car through the wash today. Very pleased with the outcome.
UPDATED 8/2025. See ya later Zips, I’m patiently waiting for Tommy’s to open, much better wash!! Much ( If you have a personalized plate with vertical letters, good luck. You’ll sit at the gate arm while the employees pretend your not there, eventually will ask if your a subscription even though your there everyday with the same tag, same vehicle. Same $40 A MONTH. I went back to Zips several times since the original review was left).
The vacuum is strong and the staff are nice but I don't think my car looks much better than before I cleaned it here. Maybe the soap can be improved.
Fancy, expensive, but worth it.
