This is a great carwash. It’s our favorite. I highly recommend.
Wash damaged my wife's vehicle. Video proved it. Owner denied claim. My agent told me this site has had multiple claims denied recently. Beware
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, TRIED TO ESCALATE MY COMPLAINT TO THE MANAGER MARK WATTS AND HE WAS VERY RUDE , OVER TALKING ME, VERY SARCASTIC AND SNARKY. HE ADVISED ME NOT TO SEEK LEGAL IF THE ISSUE IS NOT HANDLED PER MY LIKING. I WILL NEVER VISIT THIS LOCATION AGAIN AND ADVISE EVERYONE TO USE CAUTION BECAUSE IF YOUR CAR IS DAMAGED YOUR SCREWED!!
