Honestly one of the best car washes I’ve been to. my car was looking super clean inside and out, and the workers were very respectful and I will definitely be coming back

I love Tommy
Don’t recommend this car wash. The spinning bristles are too rough and have ripped people’s cars apart. They don’t want to give me a refund or pay for the damages on my car. Never coming back.
I went through this car wash on July 9, 2024 when all of a sudden it ripped off MY BUMPER FROM MY CAR!! The spinners were going all around my car when I heard a loud bang. I tried driving off when I heard dragging and it was the right side on my bumper!! DO NOT go to Tommy’s Express Car Wash if you don’t want this happening to your car!! They do not want to take responsibility for this. So so disappointed I was a long time customer and had their app and everything.
