I don't often write reviews, but I think this business deserves it! Every time I stop by, I am greeted with smiling faces. Dalton checked up on me at the detail area to make sure I was satisfied. He also took the extra time to show me how the floor mat cleaners work. The wash does a fantastic job, and the monthly membership is well worth it. Thank you Dalton and everyone at Tommy's!
Tire shine doesn’t work on member ship best wash and it’s 2025 it’s no degreaser or towels out at detailing , they sell packets and it’s only 3$ but every other wash tire shine work with degreaser and towels out for detailing . My opinion the company needs to step up a tab bit . If the tire shine worked . The tunnel would be the best . Money in the wrong places
I always take my vehicle to this location. The manager Gaby is super nice and has really good communication with his customers. Will definitely recommend to my friends.
Had my rear windshield wiper arm broken off twice here . First time they claimed they checked the security cameras and it was missing when I showed up. I paid for it and replaced it. Then I taped it down the next time I went and it broke off again. They filed a damage claim on a tablet computer and then never followed up like they said they would. Even worse, the wash didnt even get the back window cleaned. I canceled. I've been going to Shine Time by Kroger way. It's a way better wash and more for the same price.
