The food was awesome! Wait staff was second to none. You gotta try it to believe it. You will not be disappointed!
We have rode by Tommy' s for several years but never stopped in to try it, so yesterday we decided to stop by. The burger was incredible and our waitress had a great attitude. We will definitely be returning again.
I had stoped in on my way to Charlotte hospital to see my mom. Got chicken tenders hot dogs drinks and tater tots. The chicken tenders were so slimy they tasted funny smell funny the hot dogs made us sick, the tater tots tasted old the Sprite tasted like carbonated chlorine water. I called back the next day to see if I can get my money back she refused and kept saying I should have turned around once I got into Charlotte and came back to show her what the food look like because she didn't believe me. I just want everyone to know that this lady talked to me today and told me 2 different stories... At first she said that she needed her money back and then said when we got to Charlotte to the hospital and got to eat, the food was nasty... Well I'm sorry you order your food and ate it 2 hours later... Then she said we ate on the way there and all I said I wish you would have call back to let us know so we could fix it...
