My family has purchased several cars from Tommy over the past 10 years, 7 to be exact and other than regular maintenance, we have not had any problems. 5 are still being driven, 2 were totaled in car accidents. They are friendly and fair. For those bad reviews, you can't expect to get new car service for a used car with a salvage title. I have recommended them in the past and will continue to in the future.
I bought a car here several years ago, very satisfied customer! It saddens me to see bad reviews because they were so good to me!
Being young and stupid I bought a car from here and they "fixed it" many times over a year. Though I'm sure he didn't mention he'd add the cost to what you owe when they "fix" A $6000 car ended up costing over 8 in the end. He acted like he was doing me a favor. Please... Still yet I thought this place was great at the time. Got another car from there and less than a week later it started acting up and the check engine light came on. I got an "oh well" attitude. STAY AWAY FROM HERE! WORST dealership EVER!!! – i bought a car from here and it stopped a week later. this car has broken down on me not 3 but 4 times. i had 2 diagnostics tests performed on the car at 2 different places and the results were the same. i took the results to the owner and i was told all four times that the mechanic would fix the problems. the problems are evidently not fixed because the car is broken again. the owner told me that it was my responsibility to have the car towed back to the dealership at my expen... read more
