Service was fast, repairman was personable, professional, and tidy, office personnel as polite/professional and they were very reasonable. I would highly recommend Tommy's for any appliance repair.

Tom fixed my dryer really quick. Very knowledgeable. I messaged him late the night before and he came out the next hay and had it fixed. I will reccomend him to anyone and people should know it's hard to find places that still fix your appliances and not just tell you to buy a new one. I don't know how to give 5 stars here but he's got 5 ☆ from me. Very professional.

I just had my dishwasher serviced yesterday. They were knowledgeable, helpful, and fast. They were able diagnose and fix the problem promptly. They were friendly and we were super happy with their service. 10/10 would recommend.
Very professional and knowledgeable. Got an appointment for him to come out within 2 days of the first call. He ran a few minutes late but he called to let us know and I didn't have anywhere I needed to be. Very nice guy and very reasonable with pricing. I will be sure to call him again if we need another repair. Thanks so much, Tom!
