We had a positive experience with TommyCar Collision. They were attentive, friendly, answered questions we did not know we had and followed up with our insurance company to ensure we were sufficiently reimbursed. The car was ready the date they stated and they called in between to provide an update. They also cleaned and polished the full exterior. Hard to have a positive experience when the focus is on your car being damaged, but this truly turned out to be a positive experience.
Great experience! Everyone was friendly and helpful. The final price was close to the estimate. Paint job looked good, and the repair time was so much faster than another collision place I got an estimate from. I definitely recommend TCCC and would use them again (but hopefully won't have to since that would mean car problems).
Amazing experience, especially compared to Acme. They were professional, proficient, fair, and came in almost exactly on their initial estimate
I will absolutely NOT be recommending your services. When you fixed my car you messed it up and my car ended up with a severe leak causing mold to form. When I contacted you asking you to take a look, your receptionist insisted it was nothing to do with the repair and wouldn’t take the car even to look at it for 2 week. They were also very rude and unprofessional. I had to get over 750 dollars worth of work to correct the error you made.
