Professional and courteous service!
Customer service is very good, informative, & genuinely helpful. We purchased our 2021 Nissan from Country Nissan. It had not been gone over as thoroughly as it should have been. When we got it back form the TommyCar Collision Center, they had rectified problems that weren't even related to the incident it was being repaired for! They truly went above & beyond to make our vehicle right. We'd love to use them fro any & all our auto shop needs.
Could not have been a better experience and not an ounce more seamless! From start to finish, excellent experience. Manny Guzman, the manager, has the best customer service skills I have ever been extended and I am old! All around great service and great experience.
