If I could I would leave no stars. DO NOT OPEN A MEMBERSHIP HERE! This place damaged the rims to my vehicle and you can clearly see the yellow scrapes on the rims and their damage claims department states they do not see any evidence of damage EVEN AFTER SUBMITTING VIDEO AND PICTURE PROOF. I'm not looking for anything free or new wheels, just for them to fix the damage their machine caused to my rims. I can never get a hold of anyone over the phone for assistance. I had an amazing experience thanks to Terrell and Josht. They went above and beyond with their customer service very friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout the visit. It’s rare to get service this good these days. They truly made the experience stand out. They definitely deserve recognition and a raise for the great work they’re doing.
While the staff is always friendly, it is the most inefficient checkout process I’ve experienced at a drive through car wash lately.. Also overpriced. I do like that they have fresh towels to use to dry the car, but I don’t like sitting in a line for 15 min with only 2 cars in front of me while I wait for someone to try to get sold a membership. They have self checkout systems here but don’t seem to utilize them at all.
