They are constantly trying to sell you on the subscription but half the brushes in the tunnel don’t work. The ones that do really beat the crap out of the car. Will def take my money elsewhere.
Loved the membership until one of the rotating brushes caused thousands of dollars of damage to my car on 10/1/25. One of the brushes ripped off my collapsing mirror and caused 7 deep dents along the passenger side of my car and half way around the back. Zips has determined that they will take no responsibility for the damage even though an employee heard it and failed to stop the car wash after the first loud impact. Driver beware of this car wash. $18 for a base level drive through car wash is highway robbery. They have a $12 version but they don't even use soap for that one.
