Troy and Leslie did an amazing job on my car! They were super friendly, professional, and really paid attention to detail. The hand dry was spotless—no streaks or water spots—and the tire shine made my wheels look brand new. You can tell they take pride in their work. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!
When I attempted to cancel my subscription after moving, they could not locate my account with my phone number or license plate even though my card was being charged every month. Representative somehow was able to find my account and deactivate my subscription but somehow two months later I’m still being charged. Zips has been highly unprofessional—I don’t recommend them to anyone who cares where their cash is going.
Great service and good people. Took good care of me even when I didn't have anything for a tip.
