I came in with a picture, and at first, my nails looked great, the tech did them exactly like the photo. I was so happy I tipped her $15! But when I got to my car and reached in my pocket for my keys, the glitter immediately came off. I went back inside right away, and instead of being understanding, she seemed annoyed that I wanted them fixed. I recently had the opportunity to experience a birthday nail treatment at this salon, however, the service failed to meet my expectations. The nail technician's workmanship was subpar, resulting in bleeding and an uneven application that appeared unprofessional. The technician did not offer an apology for the bleeding that occurred during the treatment, which I felt was unwarranted given the $65 fee. They usually do my brows exceptionally well. However, during this recent visit, it seemed she intentionally didn’t wax my eyebrows properly. I had to clean them up myself, so it was basically a waste of money. The person who normally does them was busy anyway. This used to be my go-to place.
