I would like to share my experience with Tommy Rooter. Yesterday, the plumber shows up to fix my plumbing issue which was to unclog my toilet. Not even one min into using a snake my toilet was broken. So I had to wait until the plumber came back causing me to miss my doctor's appointment. He shows up 2 hours later with a smaller toilet than what was there. He doesn't change the wax ring nor did he seal the toilet with caulking. The plumber than says that's all that he can do.
