Tommy ******* Landscape Company only cares about collecting your money. We paid full price for a substandard job and very poor customer service. The job was poorly done and we could not get anyone to come back to make it right. Obviously they do not honor the 5 year warranty that is in the contract we signed. I have nothing much to say here and I hardly write any reviews...the customer service I received was an abomination. Making the customer happy does not exist here, nor does any sort of rationale with the owner or his staff. Just be ready to spend a comical amount of money for a comical amount of work. But hey.. I guess it makes sense. But the jokes on me because I should have done better research instead of just stopping with someone that I randomly called. Will never use again and nor should anyone else.
We booked them to regrade and sod our lawn. During booking they provided two quotes and confirmed the first quote was to re-do the entire back lawn. After providing my deposit to book the full back lawn it took them over 9 weeks to start work. They originally told me to expect a 4-5 weeks wait which we were fine with. The worst part was that after they started the work we noticed that they weren't regrading the entire lawn. Whatever you do don't ever use this business they breach their contracts
I had a bad experience with this company. They did not do a good job, caused damage to my home, then turned around and charged my credit card without authorization for an amount nearly $1K over their initial quote for doing less than was initially contracted. I have tried to work with them to resolve this and have been met with an unprofessional response.
