I recently purchased a used H2 SUT from this dealership on October 24th 2018. I returned the truck today, November 12th 2018 because of a text message from the salesman. The salesman, Chris Martin, sent me a text asking to call him to talk about a better rate. I asked him at least three times what the new rate would be and he never answered. They send you a scratch off and says you win $25,000 then when you go to collect it you have to jump through more hoops. Even called to get the confirmation and it said that my scratcher was a winner. They are nothing but con artists!
Poor customer service. Told us the car was being delivered two days later told us it had been sold.
